Terms of Service

The plain-English rules for using TinySprouts printables at home and in the classroom.

Your account

Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person or per classroom teacher.

What you are buying

TinySprouts sells access to digital goods — downloadable PDF printables. Nothing is shipped. A VIP Pass is a licence to use the library while your subscription is active; printed pages you have already made remain yours forever.

Single-family licence

  • Print unlimited copies for the children in your own household.
  • Use with your own homeschool co-op group of up to 10 children.
  • Store files on your personal devices.

Single-classroom licence (Monthly & Annual)

  • Print for the students in your own classroom or care group.
  • Share printed copies with parents of those students.
  • Not for school-wide or district-wide distribution.

School / Classroom License

The $149/year plan covers one site with up to 12 teachers. Each teacher may print for their own class. Ask us about multi-site or district pricing.

What is not allowed

  • Reselling, sublicensing or giving away the PDF files.
  • Uploading files to public drives, sharing sites, or paid resource marketplaces.
  • Claiming the artwork or layouts as your own, or using them in a competing product.
  • Sharing your account login outside your household or classroom.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars. Cancel any time through PayPal or by emailing us; refunds follow our 14-day guarantee.

Availability and changes

We add printables weekly and occasionally retire or update older pages. We may change these terms with notice by email; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

Liability

Our printables are educational materials provided “as is”. Adult supervision is required for any activity involving scissors, glue or small pieces. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
