Privacy Policy
Written for the grown-ups: parents, homeschoolers and educators who use TinySprouts.
Who this policy is for
TinySprouts accounts are created and used by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and children never sign in, submit forms, or interact with our service directly.
COPPA commitment
In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not collect names, photos, audio, location or any other personal data from children under 13. Names typed into the Name Tracing Studio stay in your browser while you print — they are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and account creation date.
- Subscription data: your plan type, subscription status and the subscription reference returned by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: worksheets you save to your binder or download, so your dashboard stays useful.
How we use it
To deliver downloads, keep your VIP Pass active, send service emails about your account, and improve which printables we publish next. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Processors we rely on
PayPal handles payments and subscription billing. Our hosting and database provider stores account and library data in encrypted form. Both are bound by their own data protection commitments.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@tinysprouts.app. We respond within 30 days. Visitors in the UK, EU, Canada and Australia have the same access, correction and deletion rights under their local law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your classroom binder. No advertising trackers are used.
