14-Day “Love It or It's Free” Guarantee

If the printables don't save you prep time, we don't want your money.

The promise

Every VIP Pass — Monthly, Annual VIP Club and School / Classroom License — is covered for 14 days from the first payment. Email us inside that window and we refund the payment in full. You keep any pages you already printed.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@tinysprouts.app from the address on your account.
  2. Include the word “refund” and, if handy, your PayPal subscription reference.
  3. We reply within one business day and issue the refund through PayPal, usually within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling instead

You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future billing and your VIP access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.

Renewals

Renewal payments after the first 14 days are non-refundable, but we will always cancel immediately on request so you are never charged again. If a renewal caught you by surprise within 48 hours, write to us — we sort it out.

Free samples

Free starter kit printables are always free and never require a payment method, so nothing to refund there.
